Ann is a versatile, experienced marketing and project management professional.  Her collaborative style enables her to quickly integrate herself into an organization, assess its needs, develop strategies and implement winning marketing tactics that achieve positive results.  Experienced with a broad range of marketing and sales strategies, Ann leverages market conditions and organizational resources to ensure marketability and profitability of her client’s products and services. 

Ann has over 15 years of corporate and agency experience. Prior to joining IMPERATIVES she developed her own independent consulting practice assisting clients with the creation of business plans, branding and marketing campaigns.  Ann has held marketing and promotions management positions at DIRECTV pioneer U.S. Satellite Broadcasting where she was a driving force behind the launch of the DIRECTV television service and helped promote major entertainment brands including HBO, MTV, and Showtime.  Other career stops include marketing agencies Metropolitan Hodder Group and Carlson Marketing Group.

Ann received her B.A. in Government from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.
