Susan Klett’s keen ability to match strategy and execution to marketplace opportunities enables her to help companies optimize their marketing efforts and achieve target sales and profit growth. With over 15 years of marketing strategy and management experience, Susan knows how to set direction, as well as plan and lead implementation.
Susan has worked in the consumer packaged goods, retail, banking and health care industries. Before joining IMPERATIVES, Susan held marketing management positions at Schwan’s, Multifoods, U.S. Bancorp and Allina Health System. She has a proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams, as well as helping businesses build and deliver a viable brand strategy through the successful integration of business and communications strategies. This work includes strategic planning, new product development, positioning and branding.
Susan received a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, from the University of Minnesota. She is actively involved in the community-at-large, and has served on non-profit boards in the arts and education sectors.
